KOMODO Recordings have many happy customers who have fufilled their desire to sing over backing tracks of their favorite songs.

Anyone can buy a karaoke machine, but once the novelty has worn off, you're left with a less than satisfactory result. Most of our backing track customers use their KOMODO CDs as a present for a partner or parents or to commemorate a special event. Since many people harbour secret ambitions to make a CD but never get round to doing anything about it, we offer a gift voucher scheme. We can source a large number of backing tracks and we send these out to the singers in advance to enable singers to rehearse. This enables the singers to turn up fully prepared. We can also provide photographic services if required, and provide a finished product with graphics (see below).

The recording studio itself has a relaxed atmosphere, where those recording can work hard while those not recording can sit in, or relax in front of the TV. During the recording we'll make you as comfortable and confident as we can to make sure that the end result is as professional as possible.


Once the recording is complete, our engineer ensures that the different songs work well side by side, and that your voice fits as neatly into the music as possible, to make it sound like your song.



You can either design your own, or we can help you put together graphics for your CD. KOMODO takes care of the whole process.

If you are designing your own graphics, please submit the element of the design (layers) seperately, as we often need to make small changes which cannot be made if the text is embedded in the background.

KOMODO offers Sound Reinforcement to our recording customers at reduced prices. We are fully mobile and can cater for small to medium-sized PA. Thanks to our responsible approach to sound reinforcement, we can promise to ‘reinforce' your sound for the audience, and NOT detract from what is going on on-stage or deafen everyone.
